ShortWright sells a digital service. Nothing physical is shipped, and there are no shipping charges.

Minutes

When a payment is confirmed, the minutes you bought are added to your ShortWright account balance straight away, and you can spend them on the next video you make. If they do not appear, email hello@shortwright.com with the payment reference.

Videos

Each video you make is delivered to your Library in the app when it finishes rendering. If you connected a YouTube channel or Instagram account and chose it when making the video, it is posted there only after you approve it on the Review page.
